• Founding Partner of GTA Villamagna Abogados in November 2012.
• Chairman of the Construction Arbitration Committee since June 2012.
• Managing Partner of the Public Law Department of Baker & McKenzie (Madrid office) from 2002 to 2012.
• For fifteen years, he has been Administrative Law lecturer at the Complutense University of Madrid Law School and CEU-Luis Vives University.
• Legal Adviser to the Spanish Government (currently on leave) since 1984, Ernesto has worked in the sectors of Industry and Energy, Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Health and Consumption, Education, Sport and Culture, amongst others.
