  1. Introducci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    El Tribunal Supremo ha fallado, en su sentencia 620\/2026, de 19 de mayo, el recurso interpuesto por la Generalitat Valenciana contra el Real Decreto 1312\/2024, de 23 de diciembre, por el que se regula el procedimiento de Registro \u00danico de Arrendamientos y se crea la Ventanilla \u00danica Digital de Arrendamientos para la recogida y el intercambio de datos relativos a los servicios de alquiler de alojamientos de corta duraci\u00f3n (en adelante, “Real Decreto 1312\/2024”).<\/span><\/p>\n

    La citada sentencia estima en parte el recurso, declarando la nulidad de todas las disposiciones relativas al Registro \u00danico de Arrendamientos, por considerar que el Estado carece de titulo competencial para desarrollar un registro nacional que, en la pr\u00e1ctica, se superpon\u00eda a los registros auton\u00f3micos existentes. No obstante, se mantienen los preceptos relativos a la Ventanilla \u00danica Digital de Arrendamientos, las obligaciones de transmisi\u00f3n de datos de las plataformas en l\u00ednea y la transmisi\u00f3n de datos con fines estad\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n
