El 8 de noviembre de 2023, el Consejo de Gobierno de la Comunidad de Madrid ha aprobado definitivamente una modificaci\u00f3n del Plan General de Ordenaci\u00f3n Urbana de Madrid (\u201cPGOU\u201d) actualizando sus normas urban\u00edsticas, despu\u00e9s de que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento hiciera lo propio, con car\u00e1cter provisional, el pasado 17 de junio.<\/p>\n
